THE CONCEPT

Dialogue between Form and Function

The design philosophy centers around the 'Architectural Shell'—a dynamic, perforated envelope that wraps the stadium. This shell is not merely aesthetic; it's a high-performance skin that manages solar heat gain while facilitating natural cross-ventilation, ensuring comfort for spectators in Morocco's climate.

TECHNICAL RESOLUTION

Built with a complex steel structure and a multi-layered composite facade, the stadium incorporates sustainable water management systems and solar integration in its peripheral areas. The seating bowl is designed for optimal sightlines, bringing the community closer to the action.
